£20,858 - £22,958 pa pro rata
Fixed Term for 12 months

Based at the Hat Factory, you will oversee the evening operation of the venue which includes 3 bars, multiple performing spaces and the co-ordination and management of staff. You will also support the Venues Manager by assisting with the day-to-day venue operations including organising staff, banking and event bar bookings.

The ability to communicate with a wide range of people/staff in a polite and understandable manner is essential along with the ability to set and sustain an excellent standard of customer care. You must also be able to work outside of normal office hours - evenings and weekends, a minimum of 4 evenings a week including 3 Saturdays in one month.
